I began my teaching career in 2013, specialising in combined science and computer science. In 2022 I left teaching to pursue a career as a software engineer. 

I enjoy helping students learn to code and excel in their exams. I have many years of experience teaching KS3, GCSE and A-level subjects. I let my former tutees success speak for itself. All of my students achieved or surpassed their target grade and learnt some lifelong learning skills along the way.

My lessons are designed around the syllabus of the exam board you are studying. I often work around a challenging exam question, or coding concept, working from a baseline of prior knowledge towards perfecting memory recall and exam technique. 

If the lesson is a coding practice lesson it will often be based upon a coding challenge that will help to develop the fundamental skills required to access the difficult marks in the techincal paper 2 questions.
