My name is Mya and I am a Sport Science student at the University of Birmingham and I'm looking to help students improve their grades and understanding of biology. I have experience of tutoring science GCSE 1:1 and to groups of students.

I believe that the best approach to tutoring is starting with blurting everything already known about a topic. Then, following that, go through some content with interactive activities embedded. At the end, exam questions can be presented to the student to test their understanding.

This method ensures that content is solidified before looking at exam questions as it can be quite overwhelming.
