I have been a teacher of physics for over 20 years and an A level physics examiner for much of that time. I gained my degree in physics back in 2002 and love to see students grasp the difficult concepts when learning physics. I have taught Edexcel iGCSE, GCSE, CIE and AQA at GCSE level and AQA, Edexcel and OCR at A level. 

I have done some tutoring before I started a family and now they are older I can dedicate some more time to tutoring again.

I am a teacher and so I can use many different methods and resources to help students to learn and adapt to suit them Tutoring is more individual and bespoke and it is about finding out the gaps in knowledge and skills and then enabling the student to fill these and become a more independent learner. As a tutor I cannot get them that A grade - I can just equip them to do it for themselves if they put the effort in.
