I graduated with a BSc in Mathematics and Management from Loughborough University in 2007. From university I went straight into teaching while doing my GTP qualification at the University of Wolverhampton to teach Secondary Maths. Since qualifying, I have taught Key Stages 3 to 5 at a variety of schools, including Bromley High School GDST, Harrow International School Bangkok and Whitgift School.

Over the last 6 years I have taught both online and classroom revision classes for PMT Courses for GCSE and A Level maths. I always supplement my teaching with one-to-one tutoring, and I thoroughly enjoy nurturing those penny-drop moments and encouraging passion for the subject one-to-one.

I am willing to take small groups or pair lessons should your child wish to share lessons with someone studying at the same level.

I really enjoy building a rapport with my students and seeing them develop a love for maths and progress onto A Level and beyond. I take huge satisfaction in nurturing those penny drop moments and supporting students through their “learning pits”. I will assess the student very quickly, tailoring my teaching style to their needs and encourage them to communicate their target areas.
