I've spent 22 years working in schools, and what still drives me is watching a student go from feeling stuck to feeling confident. 

I'm a fully qualified teacher with in-depth knowledge of the UK curriculum, alongside examining experience and a background as an English Senior Leader. I hold the NPQSL (National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership).

I teach across GCSE, IGCSE, 11+, 13+, and 16+, and cover all major exam boards including AQA, Edexcel, Eduqas, Cambridge, and OCR. I also have extensive SEND experience, including accreditation from the National Autistic Society, so I'm well placed to support students who learn differently.

No two students are the same, so no two lessons are either. I take the time to understand how each student thinks and learns, and build lessons around that, always with the goal of real, lasting progress rather than a quick fix. Many of the students I work with have complex SEND needs, and I've found that a calm, patient, child-centred approach makes all the difference in helping them feel comfortable enough to actually learn.
