Jeehwan A.

I'm a fifth-year medical student at Imperial College London with a strong academic background, achieving 3 A*s at A-Level (Biology, Chemistry and Physics), top GCSE grades, and receiving all 4 medical school offers. I have over 350 hours of tutoring experience across GCSE and A-Level Biology, Chemistry and Maths, as well as UCAT preparation, supporting students from a wide range of abilities.

Alongside my studies, I've been actively involved in medical research, publishing work in peer-reviewed journals and presenting at international conferences. My academic experience allows me to explain complex scientific concepts with confidence and accuracy while linking them to real clinical applications. I have extensive knowledge of the AQA, OCR and Edexcel specifications, common exam question styles, and the skills required to succeed in both school and university admissions. Having recently gone through the medical school application process myself, I also provide informed guidance on UCAT preparation, personal statements and interviews, helping students maximise their chances of receiving offers.

I tailor every lesson to the student's individual needs, identifying gaps in understanding before explaining concepts in a clear and simple way. My lessons are interactive and focused on active recall, exam-style questions and proven exam techniques to help students build both knowledge and confidence.

I create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. I provide regular feedback, personalised resources and clear goals between lessons to ensure consistent progress and help students achieve their full potential.
