Hi, I’m Jade, a medical student specialising in Chemistry, Biology, and Medical School Admissions. I’ve helped students at all levels – from boosting GCSE science grades to acing the UCAT and medical school interviews.

Having received 4 interviews and secured 3 offers from top UK medical schools, I know what it takes to stand out in the application process. I bring both academic expertise and first-hand insight into medical admissions, making my sessions especially effective for aspiring doctors.

I usually structure my lessons as follows:

1. Introduction/go through difficult questions 

2. Introduction to new topic(s)

3. Practice/exam questions to consolidate

4. Homework questions set to solidify understanding (+extension tasks/ stretch questions to challenge yourself!)

I like to keep lessons engaging using the whiteboard, and linking the content to real world examples to make it more engaging!

I am passionate about being a science tutor because I believe these subjects are crucial for understanding and interacting with the world around us. I thrive on the challenge of helping students comprehend complex concepts and develop valuable problem-solving skills for everyday life. My aim is to inspire curiosity and cultivate a love for learning, making these subjects both accessible and enjoyable.
