Hello, my name is Ankita! I'm a qualified doctor with over 8 years of teaching experience, and many of my students have gone on to achieve A or A* grades and secure places at Oxbridge and other top UK universities.

My approach is all about clear, easy-to-understand teaching, smart exam strategies, and proven revision techniques — giving you the tools to excel with confidence.

I cover all major exam boards and also offer support with Medicine and Healthcare personal statements, UCAT preparation, and university portfolio and application advice to help you reach your goals. As a doctor myself, I bring first-hand insight into what medical schools and healthcare courses are really looking for - from crafting a standout personal statement to navigating interviews and admissions tests.

As I work full-time, I update my schedule weekly — new slots for the week ahead are added over the weekend, so please check back then to book in. I do teach on weekends, so there's flexibility if weekday times don't suit you. Can't find a time that works? Just message me — I'm always happy to try to fit you in or make new slots available!

My tutoring style is structured yet highly flexible, with each lesson tailored to your individual needs and goals. Sessions are student-led, so you decide what we focus on, while I guide you with clear explanations, real-world examples, and interactive discussions. I specialise in Biology and Chemistry, breaking down complex topics into simple, memorable steps. Alongside building a strong understanding of content, I place great emphasis on exam technique, time management, and past paper practice. This approach not only boosts confidence but also encourages critical thinking and helps you achieve results that last beyond the exam hall. 

Medicine / Dentistry Admissions

For interviews, I use a wide bank of real questions from different universities, tailoring practice to your chosen medical school. Together, we refine your answers, highlight what to include (and what to avoid), and build confident, well-structured responses. 

For Personal Statements, I provide detailed, real-time reviews—you can upload your draft during the session, and we’ll edit it together line by line, ensuring it’s polished and impactful. 

For the UCAT (Medicine and Dentistry), I break down each question type to ensure you fully understand the strategies before moving on to timed practice under real conditions. Sessions include detailed feedback, exam technique, in-session practice questions, and full mock support to help you maximise your score.
