My name is Sandhya, and I hold a BSc from The London School of Economics (LSE) and am currently in the financial industry.

I have always been very academically driven and can relate massively to the pressure students feel at both GCSE and A-Levels. I want to be able to help break down complex problems into more straightforward concepts tailored to the best learning approach for you.

I want to be there as a tutor and a mentor, helping students develop their confidence whilst enhancing their learning. I have over six years of tutoring experience, both in-person and online. After achieving grade 9s/A* at GCSE, I started tutoring for my local tuition centre in 2017 then moved to online tutoring thereafter.

All my lessons are tailored to my students. From my experience, every student learns differently and has their own learning pace; therefore, I don’t have a set way of teaching. Within the first two lessons, I often pick up the way the student learns best. I use active encouragement to help boost confidence and motivate students to think on their own feet. For students studying GCSE and A-Levels, I focus on teaching the content first, then testing out what has been taught through exam practice.

I specialise in numerous exam boards including CIE, Edexcel IGCSE, Edexcel, OCR and AQA.
