Hello, I'm Nia! I have a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, with four years experience of tutoring Maths and all Sciences. I am friendly, caring, approachable and enjoy helping students to become stronger in their weaker subjects. My current students have commented on how their grades and confidence have increased greatly since tutoring with me and have a positive relationship with me. Aside from my academic studies I love fitness (running and gym), playing the piano, painting and learning French!

N.B. I work on the hour, i.e. 5pm, 6pm, etc...

Mathematics and Sciences can be hard subjects but I ensure that each lesson is fun, beneficial and tailored towards your style of learning. I use worksheets, past papers, Powerpoint presentations and homework assignments to ensure you progress with your studies. I particularly focus on past paper questions as this is the best preparation for exams.

I dedicate time to preparing content and worksheets to assist the learning of the individual. I also encourage students to discuss any questions they have and address these appropriately. I mark any students work that they would like to have checked over and spend time ensuring that students fully comprehend the content in order to do well in their exams.
