Hi! I'm Harry a chemistry PhD student at Imperial College London developing synthetic chemsitry for drug discovery.

My love for science is for anything science related which has lead me to study chemistry. My real love of chemistry stems from my liking for synthetic organic chemistry.

I've been tutoring sciences for a few years now. The majority of my tutoring experience is with A-level students for chemistry and maths. I've also worked at a secondary school where I worked with students on a 1-to-1 basis up to whole classes of 30+. While at the school I helped with everything from revision, extra curricula work and organising and helping with practical work. I have good experience at working with both A-level and GCSE students.

Most of my lessons are problem solving based allowing us to practice exam technique and revise at the same time. I’m also happy to teach too whether this be from a new topic from scratch or as a refresher. 

At the end of every lesson, I will ask you how you felt the lesson went as this helps me get a feel for how you’re finding it and helps me to plan for our next lesson. Having a plan for the sessions is crucial to ensure you get the most out of the sessions and so in our first lesson I like to discuss what you feel you need help with and draft out a rough plan for future sessions.
