Hello! I'm Ben, a passionate and dedicated Science teacher with a speciality in Biology and Physics. As an enthusiastic teacher, my aim is to educate students and inspire individuals to do the best they can in their exams. I hold a first-class honours degree in Sport and Exercise Science, where I specialised in human biology and biomechanics. I began tutoring during my PGCE year, where I engaged with multiple students and helped them understand complex topics to enhance their subject knowledge.

My tutoring style is centred around tailoring each session to the specific needs and learning preferences. At the start, I will assess pupils' current knowledge and understanding of a subject or topic in question, identifying areas of strengths and weaknesses. This allows me to then subsequently create personalised lesson plans that address the individual's challenges. 

I use a patient and an encouraging approach, creating a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring concepts at their own pace. My ultimate goal is to help my students build a solid foundation of knowledge which will enable them to achieve academic success.
